My client is an innovative, fast growing company focusing on creating a platform to unlock novel and complex targets and develop anti-body based drugs designed for greater efficacy and longer duration and effect.

My amazing client is looking for an experienced Senior Strategic leader with and dynamic personality and fluent English. You will provide a clear and strong voice for the Drug Safety Program. You should have a long experience in pharmacovigilance, over 8 years experience in drug safety as well as risk management. The ability to develop, build and manage a team, ability to manage drug safety through out all phases from pre-IND to phase 4, with exposure to significant drug development safety issues including clinical holds and REMS. This role is extremely important and you will set the standards as high as you expectations and will.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee the medical review, analysis and guidance during the case handling and reporting the cycle of Adverse Event reports as well as aggregate safety reports
• Provide medical evaluation of all other relevant safety information including that from clinical trials, scientific literature and non clinical studies
• Leading role in responding and resolving safety questions from regulatory authorities, as well as regulatory agency audits and corrective action plans.
• Develop creative and realistic approaches to drug safety and lead efforts to secure global regulatory approvals
