I am currently collaborating with a company, renowned for its specialized products in Optometry.
To support their Global Medical team, they are looking for a professional who holds a degree in Optometry, to support their customers and handle customer complaints and medical reviews. The company's products include lenses, correction of vision devices and the brand is well recognized within in industry.
The company has a lot of customers in Netherlands, Germany, Spain, so an additional language would be a great advantage, especially working in an international environment!
Suitable candidates would have a Master's or PhD in Optometry, combined with first experience in a pharmaceutical company (Medical Writing, Quality, Complaints handling, Medical Affairs, Clinical).
