Job Details
We're looking for a CI (Continuous Improvement) Leader ASAP, willing to start working in the HQ located in Germany, specifically in Schorndorf.
GERMAN SPEAKERS REQUIRED!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in KVP, Lean, Six Sigma in manufacturing and internationally operating companies
- Certification " Black Belt" (industry specific term)
- Solid knowledge of process analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge in the areas of MS Office, ERP software (JDE) and statistical analysis tools (Minitab)
- Fluency in English and German languages
