Leiter Formulierungsentwicklung - Expandierendes Unternehmen

Seeking a head of formulation development for a global company with offices in Germany that are looking to expand their already successful team. The role will involve setting up new laboratories, validating all processes and finally hiring and leading a team of world class professionals in the field of lyophilisation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and Execution of developments for parenteral delivery forms
• Responsible for the formulation development according to ICH Q8
• developing the transfer of the non-GMP laboratory scale to processes in the GMP production
• Expansion of the development laboratories for lyophilisates
• Responsible for the implementation and further expansion of the risk-based QbD approach for all development projects
• Represent the department in Client and Regulatory Agency Audits

Requirements:

• A degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Engineering, other lifescience degrees with a history of relevant work experience can also be considered
  
• Experience in the development of lyophilisates and sterile liquid dosage forms
• Good Knowledge of GMP
