Sales Leader - Unique Capital Orthopaedics Devices - Manage a Global Team

A fairly new medical device company, established in the 90s has become one of the top 5 fastest growing German medical device companies in the world and therefore is looking for a motivated and ambitious sales manager to lead an international team of 7-10 Sales specialists and expand it further.

The company specialises in unique imaging capital technology, software and hardware that focuses on better clinical outcomes and assures precision in bone reconstruction surgery than any other company of the market. The indications are focused on orthopaedics, however some of the products interlay with radiology and radiotherapy areas. The technology is based on clinical innovation, and the company with multi-million dollar profit last year has a huge potential to expand this division not only throughout Germany but also on EMEA level.

Since it is still a growing and developing company, the role will be versatile. Even though the main focus will be on Sales and Managing the global team, you will also be closely involved in marketing, market access and business development activities. You will get a chance to take the next step in your career but also become known on the market as the person who developed these products and is accountable for the company's success internationally.

What is more, the company is still 'young' and in the growth stages, they want to motivate its employees, therefore there will be opportunities for salary increase, high level of bonuses and chances to develop within the organisation into director level roles.

Requirement for the Sales Leader Germany and EMEA position:

  • Capital equipment sales experience 4-7 years
  • Strong orthopaedic devices knowledge 3-4 years
  • You will need to be motivated and dynamic professional who is interested in launching new technology and working in growing company environment
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks at once
  • 'Hunting' sales mentality
  • Youthful attitude and drive
  • Fluent German and English languages
