Summary:
  • Manage calendar, global travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Screen incoming telephone calls; receive visitors;
  • Schedule and coordinate conferences and meetings (on- and off-site)
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of meeting materials
  • Proactively engage with staff to confirm deliverables are completed and meet leadership team’s expectations
  • Undertake special projects requiring a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy 
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Exercise discretion, sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in all communications
