Job Details

We are seeking a Research Technician to participate in a project on the evolutionary mechanisms involved in the origin of new species, using the coastal snail Littorina saxatilis as a model. The project is funded by the Natural Environment Research Council and led by Professor Roger Butlin.

You will have technical experience in a molecular biology laboratory and knowledge and understanding of good laboratory practice.

A degree in a biological discipline (or equivalent experience) and experience of biological fieldwork is desirable.
