Innovation is Key - Product Manager

A famous German scientist in the 1800s led my client to world fame and continued development into the 21st Century. To expand their fantastic team in Ostschweiz, they are now looking for a Product Manager to work across a variety of products. Innovation is what my client stands for. You will help manage and market a series of modern and innovative products with the aim to further develop them into the coming decade.

My client also globally stands for setting new standards in the precision of surgical products as well as in image reproduction and analysis. The products which you will manage will provide researchers, engineers, and surgeons the tools to carry out their daily duties whilst aiding patients to recovery.

Your main duties will be:

• Product Development and Launch
• Product Management
• Regional Support & Training
• Channel Development

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in engineering or business administration**
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in Product Management in life science, medical or investment goods industry
• Experience in the medical (surgical) and/or dental industry preferred
• Experience working directly with customers and channel partners to understand unmet needs (pain points) and define product requirements
• Experience developing a business plan and successfully presenting to and persuading senior management
• English (required), German or other languages a plus
• Willingness to travel 30%+
