My client, a internationally established company with a subsidiary in eastern Switzerland is now looking for a Product Manager to help expand their continually expanding team. Focussing predominantly within the field of orthopaedic surgery, you will become a Product Manager for a wide range of products. If you're looking to expand your knowledge and help bring a range of interesting and different products to the market, then this is the role for you!

My client also globally stands for setting new standards in the precision of surgical products as well as in image reproduction and analysis. The products which you will manage will provide researchers, engineers, and surgeons the tools to carry out their daily duties whilst aiding patients to recovery.

You will be based in eastern Switzerland in a truly beautiful location with great transport links to other European countries. This is because your duties will involve travelling up to 30% percent predominantly within the European area as you help bring your product range to the market. This is also the perfect opportunity for you to network across the territory and meet your fellow colleagues in other EU countries!

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering or business administration**
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in Product Management in life science, medical or investment goods industry
  • Experience in the medical (surgical) and/or dental industry preferred
  • Experience working directly with customers and channel partners to understand unmet needs (pain points) and define product requirements
  • Experience developing a business plan and successfully presenting to and persuading senior management
  • English (required), German or other languages a plus
  • Willingness to travel 30%+
