The Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management subject group at the School currently comprises of 10 full time academic members of staff.  As well as undertaking independent research, we also look to develop closer collaborations within the broad research area of leadership and change. We would particularly welcome applicants who are able to both teach and contribute towards research within this thematic area. Of particular interest to the group would be experience of research in the area of reputation and relationships.  You should have a PhD or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in a relevant subject area, combined with a good research track-record and concrete plans for future research activity.
