Job Details

The School of Social & Community Medicine is looking for a GP to work 8 hours a week as a teaching fellow to cover a maternity leave through to end August 2017. The post holder will be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team of GP educationalists who co-ordinate the components of the undergraduate medical course (MB ChB) that are taught in primary care. The appointee will come to the position at the time of major transition in our activity toward the new curriculum “MB21”. They will be responsible for running our SSC programme, aspects of “effective consulting” for both MB16 (the old curriculum) and MB21 and helping with examining, workshops and general teaching duties.
