Project Officer (Bristol Futures)

The University of Bristol seeks Project Officer for its exciting Bristol Futures academic curriculum development project.  This post will play a key part in the project team and will have particular responsibility for providing support to the Project Sponsor, the Project Managers and workstream leads to coordinate all their activities to deliver this large, complex project.  This will require helping to create quality project documentation, monitor adherence to quality processes; administrative services to team; meeting logistics; planning and organising project tasks in keeping with university methodology and liaison with university community members.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work proactively with a wide range of staff, including senior academic colleagues and external stakeholders, with a commitment to ensuring that results are planned and delivered with the full engagement and commitment of all staff. You will also be able to collate, analyse and report on a range of data.

The post is available on a fixed-term, fulltime basis starting as soon as possible, until 1 September 2019.  For project critical reasons successful candidates must be available straight away or not more than three months from offer.
