Business Development Manager - EMS Business - Electronics Manufacturing Services - Sales - Germany - Brand New Position - Growing Company
My client a international organisation is looking for a driven Business Development Manager for a brand new opportunity due to expansion.
For this position in particular we are looking for a motivated business minded sales person - a "hunter"!!
Ideal candidate will have a strong background working as a Business Developer with a strong EMS Business background or electronic components.
This position is great for someone who is looking for a chance to develop their niche experience in the electronic market. You will be working closely with the team in Germany, whilst still being independent looking for new business venture and maintaining a great relationship with existing clients and customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Improving and discover new business opportunities for the organisation
- Increasing new openings and developing relationships with new customers
- In charge of all orders and processing them accordingly
- Achieve and monitor personal and team performance by implementing the necessary steps in order to reach your targets
- Implement new business ideas
- Leading projects and drive to success
Candidate must have:
- A few years Sales experience
- Electronics manufacturing services (EMS) background
- Technical background - Electronic Components
