Senior Ecologist - Leeds

As one of the UK's largest multi-disciplinary consultancies, my client has continued to bring in engaging projects across the private and public sector. As well as an well established place in the ecology market, they have continued to grow across the environmental sector and they need an experienced Senior Ecologist to join their Leeds office.

The main responsibilities of this position will be to successful manage the terrestrial ecology team and work closely with the Principal Ecologist to mentor junior staff and continue to win the best clients in the north of the UK. As well as an excellent opportunity to learn the necessary skills to develop your career, this is also your chance to ensure success for your entire team.

This position will have a focus on bat and great crested new surveys and you must hold licenses to survey both of these species. As well as this, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Consultant Ecologist.

As well as being located in the heart of Leeds city centre, you will also have a central location for all of the projects your team has taken on for next season.
