KAM - Progress into Line Management!

Are you looking to join a growing company that is expanding a new business unit into the UK? Want to join in a key account position but have the potential to progress into management in the near future?

My client is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their new business unit in the UK. The role will be with a world leader who is launching a new antibiotic before the end of the year. They are looking for a salesperson with a background of antibiotic sales in secondary care to join the company in a brand new position. As part of a brand new team you will be at the forefront of successfully launching a new product and have the chance to associate its success in the UK with your name. It's a great opportunity to define yourself as a specialist who can successfully launch new products and grow a territory from zero! You will also be joining in a territory in a key region where success is expected, but after launch more positions will be created based on the success of the anti-biotic. With expansion comes a need for new management with experience in the field, so you will have the chance to step into management as the expansion continues. You will be supported if this is a path you want to pursue, so you can earn more and gain valuable line management experience!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background of sales experience with antibiotics within the last 8 years
  • A strong network in infection control and with microbiologists
  • Be located on territory or be willing to relocate
  • The ability to begin and interview as soon as possible!

There are 5 positions currently open; the first will cover the Bristol region; the second will cover the Manchester/Liverpool region; the third will cover Scotland; the fourth position will cover Ireland; and the final position will cover London.
