Global Customer Engagement Design Manager-SWISS
A unique opportunity has become available with our client - Pharma leader with US HQ. For their EU HQs, we are looking for a senior specialist that can help them drive the Customer Engagement Capabilities in the company and design and coordinate the implementation of new customer engagement models. That is a Global role sitting within their Marketing Operations function that works cross-functionally within Regulatory, Quality, Medical departments. You will be also managing external stakeholders and vendors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop and coordinate models on how to improve customers`s experience
- Building a new functional and organizational capabilities within the Customer engagement arena
- Translating Customer insights into strategies on Global level, liaise with he respective countries
- In charge of leading the organizational projects for the function
- Budget responsibilities
Requirements:
- At least 3 years on a design and planning position
- At least 7 years in the Pharmaceutical industry
- International/ Global experience
- Previous customer/ patients engagement experience
- Creativity and passion about making things happen
- Medical/ Scientific background with Marketing/ Commercial focus
