Reporting to the Senior Tax Accountant, the Tax Analyst will coordinate with corporate and operational finance in the area of US domestic tax compliance, accounting, and planning. The Tax Analyst is responsible for the preparation of the US domestic tax return work papers and returns.

In this position, you will:
- Prepare the Company's federal and various state income/franchise tax returns, including federal Forms 5471, 8865, 8858 and 1118, using OneSource Income Tax. Legal structure includes C Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and a non-profit.
- Prepare the Company's federal and state income/franchise tax work papers, including computation of book-tax differences, state adjustments and various reconciliations.
- Assist with various US tax compliance projects, including Sec 199 analysis, R&D credit calculation, etc.
- Prepare US federal and state provision to return adjustments.
- Prepare the Company's estimated quarterly and extension tax payments for Federal and state.
- Be responsible for the preparation of various tax account reconciliations on a quarterly basis.
- Review the Company's fixed asset system pertaining to tax, AMT and state books in order to accurately prepare the book to tax depreciation temporary difference calculation.
- Respond to tax authority inquiries, notices, and examinations.
- Assist in the fixed asset integration from FAS to SAP for all U.S. entities.
- Assist with certain non-income tax matters, such as US withholding tax for Foreign Persons (Form 1042) and franchise tax accounting.
