The Global Technical Operations (GTO), Biological-Sterile Shared Services organization, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an open position in the GTO Bio-Sterile Technical Services team to support strategic projects and critical Site initiatives for Vaccine products in the Large Molecule (LM) Line of Business.

GTO Bio-Sterile Technical Services is a customer-focused Above-Site support team with the goals to:
•Lead and execute strategic Above-Site projects for multiple LM Sites or multiple vaccine products.
•Provide on-site support for critical Vaccine Site investigations and specialized technical requests.

Responsibilities include the following:
- Project leadership and execution of Above-Site LM projects for all phases including: project planning, project management and execution.
- Lead project teams for In-line product Technology Transfers and strategic projects across the LM Site Network.
- On-site support for Vaccine Site requests to support critical projects and investigations.
- Support for strategic GSTC Hoshin Challenges: process monitoring, CQA Analysis, Site comparisons, Technical Risk Assessment.


Education Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Biology/Chemistry Sciences.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a Technology support role in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Demonstrated strong project leadership skills to deliver successful completion of project target milestone dates.
- Ability to work effectively across boundaries to build strong collaborative relation with other internal GSTC partner groups, LM Sites and external partners.
- Demonstrated strategic ability to develop innovative solutions for undefined problems and business processes to meet the needs of key stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Ability to travel up to 30% depending on site needs.
- MPS experience - LSS Green Belt certification or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Site Technology experience supporting Vaccine Bulk and Filling processes
- LSS Black Belt certification
- Proficient with statistical data analysis (JMP or Minitab)
