As part of a leading technology company in the field of industrial adhesives, you will be a key part of the development team working as Senior Chemist. With responsibility for managing all new technology projects your core focus will be to guide functional project teams including members from the R&D Laboratory, Marketing and Sales departments to take new technologies from inception to launch, giving you a huge amount of scope.

As a market leader for UV curable adhesive technologies the company you will be joining invest heavily in new projects and R&D with a strong technology roadmap set out for the next 5-10 years with several innovative UV curable adhesives for the medical devices and automotive markets amongst other key growth industries.

The company are currently pushing innovation in several market areas including Structural, Aerospace, Medical Devices and Packaging as part of a longer-term growth strategy to expand market share in some of the fastest growing industry sectors worldwide which will ensure that they maintain their currently rapid expansion trajectory.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience in formulating adhesives
• Knowledge of UV curing processes essential
• Degree in Chemistry or practical training as a Laboratory Technician
• Previous project management experience preferred but not essential
• Fluent German
