As part of a growing 12 man R&D team you will be joining a team of experts with knowledge in developing corrosion-protection coatings for metal substrates for the international marine and industrial market. As a key member of the R&D team, you will be collaborating closely on development projects with other highly knowledgeable team members, allowing you to develop your formulations knowledge and to become a technical expert.

The company you will be joining develop solvent based and water based corrosion protection coatings systems for metal substrates and supply into the Architectural, Marine, Construction, Industrial and Genral Industry markets, so they have a wide range of end-applications meaning that they have a wide product portfolio which you will formulate and develop.

Requirements:

• Hands-on formulations solvent-based or water-based corrosion protection coatings for metal substrates
• Training as Lacklaborant or a degree in Chemistry
• At least 2 years experience in R&D
• Fluent Dutch and a good level of English
