Technical Product Manager & Optimization

My client, based in Switzerland, is a company spezialising in both pharma and medical devices including combination devices. They are now looking for a Product Manager & Optimization to join their team.

You will have the responsibility for all technical product related issues for your specific product line. Your daily tasks will be focussed on product support, project management and product strategy. Your duties will also of course support the different product aspects, principally technical and operational, as well as also working alongside the quality, regulatory and commercial departments.

Due to the strong technical knowledge required for this position, my client and I are ideally looking for a candidate who has a background in R&D who is looking to move into a marketing function, with a large focus remaning on R&D and technical optizimation. My client also heavily invests into their R&D department which they aim to futher develop into the coming years. A total of 5% of their annual revenue is invested directly into the R&D department. This is the perfect opportunity for you to now bring your skills, whilst learning marketing activities in a company where you can continue to grow throughout your professional career.

Key Requirements:

• Degree - preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in working in a multicultural/multinational business unit environment
• Experience in working with multinational clients
• Experience in handling with customers/suppliers
• Experience in coordinating projects in pharma/medical device market
• Fluent English & Italian
• Willingness to travel
