NonStop`s client is a leading Pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets speciality Pharmaceutical products. Currently, they have a position within Strategy planning and Implementation on a Senior Management level. You will be the first point of contact for all new leads for new product assessment, starting form preliminary assessment of the products (usually at stage III of Clinical Trials) to the preparation of Business case. This means that you have the scientific background to read the clinical data and conduct quantitative and qualitative research and clinical analysis. At the same time, you need Commercial acume to generate forecasting, SWOT analysis, P&L and commercial investments. At the end you will be submitting a business case to the Board for approval.
Scope of the role: 50/50 operation and strategic role on Global scale
Personalitywise, we are looking for specialists that are proactive and bring entrepreneurial spirit. Experience wide we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Scientific background
- Finance/ Economics experience, need experit with numbers
- 3 years minimum on a similar role in Strategic Marketing/ Commercial Assessment or Portfolio Management
- Knowledge of Sales Effectiveness, P&L, investments planning and Business case preparation
- International experince is key
