Job Details
This post offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the construction, delivery, and management of the University teaching timetable, collecting, organising and manipulating timetabling data, with the aim of producing optimised timetables for students and staff. The post-holder will also contribute to the work of the team including the improvement of the timetabling system and processes and will have the opportunity to participate in other University activities where appropriate. A vital element of the role is developing close working relationships with colleagues in Schools and liaising with them to ensure that the service provided by the team meets, and ideally exceeds, the expectations of our service users.

Applicants should be articulate and confident, with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, and have an ability to multi-task whilst managing a varied workload and working to deadlines. Good IT skills are essential and experience in developing timetables in a large educational environment would be beneficial.
