We are looking for driven and motivated professionals to start a career with us in recruitment.

You do not need to have any previous experience or education as our award winning and internationally renowned training programme is designed to teach, coach and develop you to become highly successful within the recruitment industry.

We offer opportunities for advancement within 2-4 months and an attractive commission structure of up to 40% uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to take charge of your own life.

• The training takes between 2 and 4 months depending on the person as everyone learns in their own time which is something we understand.

• The training takes place in the heart of Europe; in Prague in Czech Republic with the opportunity to relocate to our offices in London, Portsmouth, Zug and Pardubice upon promotion.

• Your day will be spent between trainings on sales, marketing, empathy and communication, and speaking to candidates on the phone.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven, a good communicator with eagerness to develop, grow and succeed. Working knowledge of English is required while other European languages are a big plus.
