Administrative Coordinator - 12 month Fixed Term - based in Zug

Our client is seeking an Admin professional who has worked with a pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech company in a similar position.
Your responsibilities will be a blend between administrative task and project management with a level of coordination and supporting many departments. You will answer telephones, be involved heavily with event planning but also work with junior HR responsibilities such as payroll, on boarding of new hires, setting up accounts and systems for them, managing attendance etc.
In addition, you will coordinate mail, screen incoming emails and necessary calls. Often you may track budgets and play a centra role in administrative tasks.

Established Admin support background or somebody who has worked as an Assistant to management.
Keen eye for detail and a strong level of administrative ability.
Displays a solid level of experience with overall admin duties and management of admin areas such as telephone answering, day to day office maintenance.
Fluent in English and German or English and an additional European language.
