This is an exciting opportunity to join the Event Services Outreach team at the University of Auckland.  The primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of support to the team - in particular managing enquiries, course registrations, direct mail-outs and assisting with programme planning.

We are looking for a team player with excellent customer relationship skills and a high level of personal integrity.  You will enjoy working both collaboratively and autonomously.  You will also need to be able to manage time effectively and must have experience with Microsoft office.

This is a great opportunity to work for an internationally recognised organisation, in a fast-paced, professional environment with a great team dynamic and flexible hours.

This role is for 25 hours per week, for a fixed term period of one year.
