The company are looking to bring in a highly talent senior key account manager to develop existing accounts of critical clients, however this is not the limit of your responsibility. You will also be required to act as a business development manager and look to develop these clients further to gain a larger market share. So this is a great chance for someone who is motivated also by strong sales and negotiations. The market is highly competitive so you will need to be driven by competition and maximising every relationship of the company!
The role will also involved a high level of independence and strategy development, as you will required to take a consultative & tailor approach with your clients. You will be the technical expert and will have the freedom to develop effective, custom solutions and if this is seen to be successful, this could be implemented business wide! Therefore your influence over the operations of the company has the potential to be huge!
The client are seeking the following background:
- Strong Key Account management experience
- Successful international sales track record
- Proven strong negotiation & client management skills
- Academic or technical knowledge of NMR (Nuclear Magnetic resonance) technology
- Scientific Background - Chemistry or Analytical chemisty
