Job Details
We are looking for an excellent administrator to undertake the role of Undergraduate Student Administrator in the School of Physiology, Pharmacology and Neuroscience, looking after Year 3 and 4 of our Pharmacology programme.
You will provide a high level of administrative support for these units. You will be working closely with unit directors and other administrative staff in order to provide appropriate support for all administrative aspects of the running of the programme.
Tasks will include marks processing; liaising with unit directors and timetabling staff to produce the timetable; monitoring student absence; and ensuring the general day-to-day organisation of the units runs smoothly. You will also be required to provide cover within the team as necessary. The successful applicant will be confident communicator, adept at dealing with people at different levels or an organisation, with excellent customer service skills. This will be a varied role, and will require a proactive and can-do attitude with exceptional organisational and good attention to detail.
The post-holder will be expected to work 9am to 5pm Monday and Tuesday and half a day on Wednesday.
