We are seeking an individual who is proficient in Unix/Linux environment and shell programming, C Programming language and MATLAB to join the multidisciplinary team.  You will be responsible for implementing software tools directly to an MR-scanner to facilitate sophisticated acquisition and post-processing schemes.

You will work independently on a day-to-day basis, support the development of novel MR acquisition/reconstruction techniques, and will be in charge of software maintenance and some IT administration.  You will also support the data analysis of routine users by providing appropriate scripts and tailored software tools.

You will have a post graduate degree or equivalent education in computer sciences and evidence of relevant and practical experience in this area.  You will also have experience of Linear Algebra and related software packages (such as LAPACK, etc.) and of distributed computing and / or GPU programming to facilitate the reconstruction of MR data.
