Job Background
One of London's leading Health comms agencies is actively searching for an experienced Account Manager who is ready to make the next step up in their career and take on an Account Director position. This role provides you with the opportunity to gain a varied and challenging role that will boost your experience, keeping you motivated to perform at the highest level.
You will be the key driver of client, business and team growth, with responsibility for leading and directing account teams on a day-to-day basis, working for top pharma accounts and exciting start ups. As part of the management team, the AD will be seen as an ambassador for the organisation, building respect and support both internally and externally. They will be expected to have the ability to think 'big picture' in the development of long term strategic plans to drive client business and further establish their high reputation as a premier communications agency.
Necessary Experience
In order to be considered for this position it will be necessary to have prior experience working as an account manager or account director within healthcare PR. You will have a strong academic background, preferably within life sciences.
