With a core focus on Japanese Knotweed, my client has continued to grow over the 13 years they have been established in the environmental sector. They have achieved this by ensuring that client communication is a vital factor towards building relationships and ensuring a high quality of work with each project they take on.

As a result of this, they have found success with each client they work with and their ecology team have continued to develop and succeed. In order to continue this success, they need an experienced Senior Ecologist to join their Manchester office and work closely with the directors to bring in a range of terrestrial work.

You can benefit from playing a vital part in steering the ecology department in the direction you want it to go. You won't be limited by specific clients and you can use your skills and experience to bring in new and beneficial work for the business.

Located in Manchester, you will start the next stage of your career with the team of 3 consultants. A competitive salary will also be provided with this role, as well as a benefits package.

Requirements for this role are as follows:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Ecologist
  • At least 1 European Protected Species license (Bat, Great Crested Newt or Dormouse)
  • Full CIEEM membership
  • Relevant business development experience
