Job Details
You will be part of a project funded under the AHRC’s Research Networking Scheme - Keeping Faith in 2030: Religions and the Sustainable Development Goals.The network will consist of academic and non-academic partners in Ethiopia, India, and the UK, and aims to enhance international and cross-sectional exchange about the role of religions in defining, implementing, and safeguarding sustainable development.
As project co-ordinator you will make arrangements for project meetings, advertise and promote the activities of the research network, as well as provide support for the project website. You will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and experience of organising and promoting events.
You will work closely with the Principle Investigator (Professor Emma Tomalin, University of Leeds) and the Co-Investigator (Dr Jörg Haustein, SOAS) as well as our non-academic project partner the Islamic Relief Academy based in Birmingham, UK.
