We are seeking to appoint a Facilities Supervisor to work as part of a flexible and multi-skilled team. You will assist the Facilities Team Leader with the day-to-day supervision of a large team of Facilities Assistants, ensuring that an efficient and effective service standards are delivered to customer at all times.
Previous experience in a busy customer focused service role and interacting with the public is essential together with experience of managing a large group of staff. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with people at all levels to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent you will also possess good IT skills and have the ability to use email and Microsoft packages.
Working as part of a team you will have good organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple demands and manage difficult situations effectively and in a professional manner. A flexible approach is important to this role and you will be required to work in a shift pattern.
