We are seeking an experienced qualified Clinical Pharmacologist to provide academic leadership in research and teaching in the area of Clinical Pharmacology. The Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology teaches in undergraduate medical, pharmacy and biomedical science programmes, as well as many postgraduate programmes. The Department has a strong research track record with research groups in neuropharmacology, pharmacometrics, drug metabolism, toxicology and anti-cancer drugs.
Applications are invited from clinical pharmacologists with a proven track record in research and teaching. The successful candidate will co-ordinate the teaching of pharmacology and clinical pharmacology and therapeutics in the undergraduate medical programme, and will contribute to teaching in biomedical science and pharmacy at undergraduate and postgraduate level. You will be expected to develop and undertake research at a high level and to attract external research funding.
This is a full time permanent position and will be based at the Grafton Campus.
