Manager QA Operations - Strategic position

We are looking for a QA manager in the pharma industry.

Our client is one of the biggest pharma companies in the region of Amsterdam and has been jumping up their quality standards the last year without comparison. It is a very dynamic company that moves quick and where your expertise will be put to practice.

In this position you will responsible for one of the main departments of the company and report straight to the director of QA. You will lead groups of 30 fte. and their supervisor will report directly to you. Your main focus will be Operations and Review Support. It is a strategical position, with a lot of responsibilities within setting up policies and optimizing processes. Furthermore a fluent and transparent collaboration between the different departments is a main point of focus.

We are looking for a seasoned QA professional with minimal 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will need a strong expertise on GMP for both Europe and the US. Furthermore you will need to show a proven track record of leadership and excellent communication skills.
