Job Details
You will manage multi-centre or single-centre investigator-led randomised controlled trials and other clinical studies, together with providing line management to assistant clinical trial coordinators and clinical trial coordinators. The studies are in applied and translational clinical research and you will have a major role in their conduct.
You will show initiative, seeking guidance and advice where necessary from the co-directors of the CTEU, other senior CTEU staff (CTEU manager and research fellows), chief investigators and other collaborators. You will have freedom to act independently within organisational policies, but will be required to identify situations which fall outside of these policies and require approval or input from other senior CTEU staff.
