Director Global Launch Director- Biotech - Swiss

Our client is operating within the biotech industry and is currently looking for a specialist in the Commercial Operations to become responsible for their Global Product launches for their one of their established products. The company is a specialist in the area of Orphan Drugs and has successfully have approved their compounds and are looking for the right person to add value to their Commercial team and launch their products on both local and international level.

This role is 50% strategic and 50% operations. You will be managing directly one marketing Specialist and will be reporting directly to the VP Marketing Director of the company, who reports to the GM. That is a position that will involved high responsibilities and will definitely give you the career progression, the company is looking for ambitious professionals to grow further within the company in the next couple of years.

What will guarantee you an interview:

• Experience in the Orphan disease area or Biotech for at least 8 years
• International marketing background - you have been directly responsible for a product launch internationally
• Confident presenter with hands on and strategic perspective
• Fluent English

People Management will be considered an advantage.
