A Silicon Valley Company is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant for its thriving house in Hamburg. The Client is Providing a prestigious portfolio and a very competitive day rate as well as an excellent working environment.

You will be in close contact with the directors of Switzerland, Germany or keep in touch with Austria's directors as well.The ideal Candidate is a well organized and an effectively operating person about to excel in fast-paced and ever-changing environments.The role itself is 360°, including planning and arranging meetings with its follow-ups or event management of internals and externals.

The company is well known, has reputation and we all use their products and services to a certain extent on daily basis. This opportunity can be a hell of a ride for the right candidate, offering a true challenge which is both thrilling and rewarding (not only financially) at the same time.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in administrative assistance of which 2 to 4 were in collaboration with executive members.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with executives, peers and publics, including phone, e-mail and correspondence in person.
• Being able to handle hard people and situations.
• Proactivity and strong work ethic.
• Being able to speak both German and English to full proficiency.
• Experience in coordination of complex executive meetings or travels.
• MS Office, PowerPoint.
