Faculty of Creative Arts and Industries
Working as part of a small team in our diverse and creative faculty, your primary responsibility will be directly supporting our staff and students with their IT queries and support needs. Our front-line team operate an IT service desk, fielding a wide range of IT support queries, overseeing a large fleet of Apple and Windows desktop and laptop devices and supporting all computing needs in the faculty from individual staff to our many computers labs and studios. Supported by our senior technicians you will also be involved in hardware and software fault-finding, printer support, software imaging, fleet management and computer deployment. You will bring with you well-rounded IT skills and be very confident supporting and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software. The Ideal candidate will be familiar with Windows 7 and 10, have used a broad range of software applications and be confident supporting Mac OS 10.
