Faculty of Health Sciences

The Faculty of Health Sciences invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the appointment to the position as HR Administrator in the Department of Human Resources.

Duties

  • Accommodation and travel arrangements;
  • Maintenance and uploading of document onto share point;
  • Data capturing;
  • Procurement;
  • Administrative support to Department (e.g. Recruitment and Selection);
  • Filing.


Qualifications and experience:

The successful candidate will have completed Grade 12. A post Grade 12 HR qualification or being in the process of completing a HR qualification will be considered a definite advantage. The incumbent will have demonstrable excellent communication skills, both written and verbal coupled with at least two years’ experience in an administrative capacity. Working experience and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Oracle are essential. Knowledge of the University will be an added advantage.
