The company you will be working for develop, manufacture and distribute their own range of specialty sealants and foams. With European coverage and a great reputation for developing some of the best products on the market, the company are well known and highly respected in the industry even amongst their direct competitor, so it's a great place to build your employment profile and make yourself a desirable candidate in the chemicals sector.

In addition to their chemicals range, the company also manufacture a range of machinery for applying sealants to parts for a range of industry applications including Medical Device, Electronics, Energy, Packaging and Printing, so you there are a huge amount of companies you can approach which will give a much wider range of sales opportunities.

My client are actually going through a phase of re-organisation as a result of significant growth other the last 5 years which has allowed them to hire 3 new Regional Sales Managers in the last 6 months. They are planning to hire 3 more Regional Sales Managers in the next 2 years in line with their growth figures, and the company will look at their internal staff as the first solution, so as Sales Manager you will be the first in line to be considered for more senior positions, giving you great potential for progression if you can show the drive and determination required.

Responsibilites:

  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts
  • Developing new relationships and business through proactive contact and cold-calling
  • Assisting Marketing and R&D teams with new product launch in Central Germany

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales of sealants or foams products
  • Degree in Chemistry preferred but not essential
  • Fluent German and a good level of English
