Manage a global regulatory affairs team!

My client is one of the world's biggest pharmaceutical companies and is looking for a Head of New Submissions & Renewals to lead their team of registration assistants and managers.

Keen to take on a challenge, you will be an effective communicator with a PhD in life sciences, and ready to take on responsibility in an international organisation whose products are not only competing worldwide but are also making a difference to people's lives across the world.

The role will involve:

- Leading a team of registration assistants and registration managers

- Functionally integrating cross-functional registration teams

- Being responsible for all regulatory tasks and activities for new submissions and renewals

- Generating organizational and regulatory guidance documents (working instructions / SOPs)

- Cooperating with the site and global functions on generation of processes and guidance documents

- Providing and execute/supervise regulatory strategies and contribute to project related scientific/technical activities

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and regulatory guidelines

Your profile:

• Education: University degree (PhD) in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent scientific degree
• Languages: German and English fluent
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience within regulatory affairs, leadership experience
