Marketing Manager - International Responsibilities

NonStop Recruitment is actively searching for a Commercial Marketing Manager with a background in the life sciences industry to join on of our rapidly growing clients in either one of their headquarters in the Buckinghamshire area of the UK, Germany or Switzerland. My client has reputation for Swiss precision and some of their instruments and products are located in hospitals across the glob, showing how they are a very successful company. For this, you will be able to work along side some of the leading marketing professionals in the industry and be able to develop new skills on a daily basis. This is very important for managers to learn from KOL on a daily occurrence.

This positon requires you to travel around 20%-30% of the time too, to different locations in Europe so being multilingual is a must for this position. This means you can gain international exposure within this company from which makes you an extremely employable candidate in the future as this will strengthen your CV.

The successful candidate should have the following:

• BS degree in Scientific or Marketing discipline with at least 7 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Life Science experience and/or basic market understanding of Life Science Automation/Genomics market are strong assets
• Demonstrated ability to develop an integrated marketing plan and related tactics that are relevant to our business utilizing such tools as digital marketing, print and trade-shows etc.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy to engage customers
• Have a track record in translating strategy into tactical plans
