My client is a company specialized in the manufacturing of a wide variety of coatings. To support there growth, they are looking for a more junior candidate, to join the team and to grow their sales experience with the business.

The company has multiple factories based around the world. But despite the fact they operate in an international market, they still have an informal, very open and transparent company culture. This means you will be part of a small team, with short communication lines and have the option to really help building the future of this company.

You will be focussing on B2B sales within the coatings industry, mostly focussing on protective coatings. The company is really investing strongly in R&D and has a wide portfolio of innovative products. This is how they differentiate themselves and keep their competitive advantage.

To be successful you need:

  • Initial sales experience within the industrial/protective coatings market or have strong R&D experience within the coatings industry and the will to progress in technical sales
  • Be fluent in English and Dutch
  • Be living in the Netherlands and have a valid work permit for the EU
