Principal Ecologist - Derby

If you are an experienced Principal Ecologist who wants to develop their skills as a manager and play a key part in expanding a business, then don't wait to join my client before Christmas.

My client has gained a huge amount of success over the past 2 years in the housing and development market and they need an experienced ecologist to expand into new areas of the environmental sector. As a result of this, you will need to have previous experience working with clients and bringing in new projects. Provided you have this, then you can choose which work you feel will benefit your team and the consultancy the most.

With an excellent location in the centre of Derby you will be surrounded by a vast amount of potential clients that need ecological specialists for next season. As well as this, this is an opportunity to build a team around you. It will be up to you which specialists you want to bring onto your team and it is features such as this that separate this position from any other in the market.

Requirements for this position are as follows:

• 7 years experience minimum as a Consultant Ecologist
• Experience in Botanical projects
• Previous experience working with clients and winning new work
• Full CIEEM membership
