We are looking to add to an existing experienced academic programme team, currently ranked in the top 10 on the UK. We seek a forward thinking individual with excellent digital communication and team working skills as well as the capacity to teach in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will have a detailed knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and MS PowerPoint. You will hold a PhD degree or equivalent professional qualification in Fashion Graphics of Fashion Digital Marketing or relevant media subject. You will have a detailed knowledge and experience of Fashion media, digital presentation and associated digital communications and experience of working in the Fashion, Textiles or Graphics Industry.
You should have the ability to work across Mac and Windows platforms and knowledge of current developments and market trends in contemporary digital fashion. Candidates should ideally have teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate.
Applications will be considered from candidates who are working towards or nearing completion of a relevant PhD qualification. The title of Research Fellow will be applied upon completion of PhD. Prior to the qualification being awarded the title of Senior Research Assistant will be given.
