Clinical Study Manager - Biotech - Oxford

NonStop Pharma recruitment is actively searching for a Clinical Study Manager to join on of our clients in the south Oxfordshire area. A small Biotech company, my client is looking for a clinical research professional with experience in monitoring phase 1-3 trials in oncology to take responsibility of the management of CRAs in these trials. For this position, no management experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for a CRA with 3-5 years experience to instantly step into management level. It is very hard to step into management level in the industry if you haven't got any previous experience.

You will be working directly under senior management and therefore will be developing new skills on a daily basis, whilst also overseeing the management of CRAs within the company. This enables you to independently develop new communication skills whilst also learning from some of the leading professionals in the industry. Making this an ideal position for someone who is looking for fast development within their career.

Your key requirements are:

• 5+years experience as a CRA
• Experience in phase I,II and III trials
• Oncology experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills, you will be working closely with senior management
• Strong attention to detail
