The University is seeking to appoint an exceptional Pro-Vice-Chancellor (PVC) for Partnerships and Knowledge Exchange. This new role reflects our focus on developing the University’s Knowledge Exchange strategy, growing enterprise activities and enhancing our partnerships at a local, national and international level.  This is a key appointment to our University Executive Board, critical to the delivery of our University Strategy.

You will provide leadership and strategic direction to cultivate and advance effective collaborations with key partners. You will also deliver progress in knowledge exchange and generation of industrial income. Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Koen Lamberts, you will work closely with the PVC for Research, PVC for Teaching, Learning and Students and the Director of External Relations and play a full role in shaping the overall strategic direction of the University.

You will be a strong academic leader of intellectual stature and will be able to provide evidence of active engagement in developing partnerships and knowledge exchange. You will possess excellent leadership skills, high-level strategic judgement and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
