Job Details
In this exciting global role, you will contribute developing, planning and implementing a Supply Chain Management strategy for sourcing of software focused on optimizing costs, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers and supplied products for an assigned category.
You will do this in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and in accordance with Company, SCM and Supply Base Management procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure that the CIPS methodology is applied in a meaning full and pragmatic manner
* Support Contract Management Team in negotiations of IS contracts* Facilitate sourcing strategy review meetings involving internal clients
* Develop category strategies in order to meet internal customer needs and cost reduction targets
* Drive Hardware related RFIs and RFQs
* Align negotiation strategies with internal client such as GF IS, GF Lega* Lead major global contracts negotiations in relation to contract and commercial matters (contract drafting, contract negotiations, risk analysis); lead legal negotiations within the boundaries set by GF-Legal
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent English skills, oral and written
- 5+ years' experience in Strategic Sourcing / Contract Management & Negotiations
- Substantial understanding of the legal aspects in the context of IT Sourcing
- Extensive know-how in supplier Management
