For those specialists coming from Analytics and Primary Market research background (either agency or Industry) with solid Project Management experience we are offering the opportunity to step into an Assosiate Director level role with a Leading Pharmaceutical company. The role:
On this role you will be the first point of contact for the whole Global Strategic Marketing team. It is an autonomous position where you have the confidence in managing a whole project from start to finish. The focus is on managing Primary Research - identifying new products in development to compliment the company`s portfolio. In addition to that you will be handeling the management of the Global Insights programme. We are looking for top talent that has overall experience in number of areas such as Analytics, Primary and Secondary Market research and Commercial planning. Other areas you will be involved in include:
- Financial planning, Forecasting
- Secondary market research and Analytics
- Development commercial strategies
- Competitive Intelligence
- Global and Regional Strategic planning
By analysing Market research and consumer information you will be giving insights and recommendations to the Commercial and technical teams. Acting as the link/ the interface between the technical and commercial departments. You will the feedback from customers and marker research reports and taking it back to the development team for the further development of the products.
This is a Global and Regional function, you will be generating insights at regional level as well as implementing them at Global level. The line manager for the role is sitting in Switzerland so that you will have the opportunity to learn a lot and at the same time develop in the desired direction.
You will be happy to know that English is the office language and the company is more than happy to accept application from candidates that are based outside of Switzerland, relocation will be covered.
Experience needed:
- Expertise in the Pharmaceutical Industry 8+ years
- Previous International level experience
- Primary Market research for 5+ years
- Fluent English
- Strategic thinking
- All rounder - both hands on strategy and operations
